Consider stretching the medals out more, but reducing the points value of the final one.
People will be more keen to injuring their fingers and wrists in exchange for a digital picture when they can be sure that the medal is actually going to register.
At the very least, a 10 clicks medal would be a good idea.

I added more medals to the game, but I think the last medal is fine as it is. Hope this helps!
